Should we vote in elections or not as we belong to an enslaved nation where the brutality of Forces have crossed the limits?

Answer:

If you are living in a Muslim country then you must vote to the party or person whose mandate is to establish ‘sharia’ and should not vote to the person whose mandate is secular and against the ‘sharia’.

But if you are living in a non-Muslim country then you may vote to a person (be he Muslim or non-Muslim) whose mandate is closest to Islam.

Regarding your question, if you find any party that can make your condition better & will fight for your rights, and for your liberation, then you can vote for that party, but if there is no such party and all had joined hands to suppress you then you should not vote, and all The believers should get united and should use all their resources to make their collective voice louder & heard for their rights, liberation and upliftment of Muslim community. And Allah alone knows the best.

A/A brother, first I want to thank you for your effort & may Allah reward you with the best , I had recently married, & I want to know can I play with & masturbate my husband’s private organ?

Answer:

Thank you sister for your kind words;
Allah Says in the Holy Quran:

Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will. Quran[2:223]

Allah says in the Qur'an, "They (your wives) are your garments. And you are their garments." Quran[2: 187]

Abu Dhar al-Ghafari reported: ‘The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “there is a reward for you [even] in sex with your wife."’ The companions asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws) is there a reward if one satisfies his passion?" He (saws) said: "Do you know that if he satisfies it unlawfully he has taken a sin upon himself? Likewise, if he satisfies it lawfully, he is rewarded." Related by Ahmad and Muslim.

Islam has allowed the husband and the wife every possible liberty to enjoy conjugal relations with each other, except three:

1. It is strictly prohibited to have sexual intercourse with one’s wife during her period of menstruation.

2. It is strictly prohibited to enter the woman through her anus.

3. Oral sex

Other than the above three restrictions, one may enjoy conjugal relations with one’s wife/husband any place, any time, and any how their heart’s desire.
If ones wife wants to play with the private parts of her husband or wants to masturbate private parts of her husband there is absolutely no harm and no restriction in Shariah. And Allah alone knows the best.

Assalamu Alaikum:Is it genuine to use loud speakers especially early morning before Fajar prayer for reciting Dai Suboh(in which there are praises of Allah)?

Answer:

There is absolutely no harm in using loud speakers in masjids (particularly for adan), but regarding the second part of your question a believer can praise his lord when ever he wishes and if a believer wishes to praise his lord before the morning prayers there is absolutely no harm.

But if the believers select a particular time to praise their lord on the loud speakers to seek the pleasure of Allah, & naming it as ‘dua subha’ is nothing but an innovation in the pure deen of Islam, and There is absolutely no evidence in the authentic and established Sunnah that the prophet Mohammad (pbuh) or his noble companions ever did or commanded to recite ‘dua subha’ before Morning Prayer or any other time.

Thus ‘dua subha’ is an innovation and every single innovation in the pure and perfect deen of Islam is an error, a sin, and every error leads to hell fire.

Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said: “If anyone introduces an innovation (in religion), he will be responsible for it. If anyone introduces an innovation or gives shelter to a man who introduces an innovation (in religion), he is cursed by Allah, by His Angels, and by all the people.” Sunan of Abu-Dawood [Hadith 4515]

Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said in a sermon: “The best speech is that which is embodied in the Book of Allah, the Al Quran; and the best guidance is the guidance given by me, Mohamed (saws). The most evil affairs are the innovations, and every innovation is an error.” Sahih Muslim [ 1885]

Thus the believers should fear Allah and absolutely abstain from this and all other innovations which have unfortunately crept into the pure and perfect deen of Islam. And Allah alone knows the best.

As Kashmir is a valley of saints so here people celebrate their days with great religious fervour..is it allowed in Islam?

Answer:

There is absolutely no evidence in the authentic and established Sunnah that prophet Mohammad (pbuh) or his noble companions ever celebrated or commemorated the birth or death anniversaries of any individual.

Therefore if someone starts the ritual of celebrating or commemorating the birth or death anniversary of any individual will be inventing a thing in the pure deen of Islam which is not from the deen! And that is exactly what prophet Mohammad (pbuh) termed as bidah or innovation; and every single innovation in the pure and perfect deen of Islam is an error, a sin, and every error leads to hell fire.

Can a jin ocupy a human body, is there anything like ’saya of jin’?

Answer:

Allah Says in the Quran:

We created man from sounding clay from mud molded into shape; And the Jinn race We had created before from the fire of a scorching wind.QURAN[15: 26-27]

The Jinn’s and the humans are two different creations of Allah, who have their own test of life, and the Jinn, like the human beings, will have a full accounting of their deeds on the Day of Judgment.

Going into it logically: Allah has created a system where every person is responsible for the deeds he does with his own will & will not be accountable for anything what others does. Now let us take an example:

If the ‘jin’ had the power or could possess someone, then whatever that person does or says, he does not do or say with his own will but rather it would be the will of the Jinn! If a jinn could posses a human being, he could murder someone, rape someone, steal something, etc. and make the human being he has possessed do many an evil deed….and the innocent person could be held guilty in a court of law and punished for something he did not will to do!!!! The whole system of life and the test that the Allah has bestowed would be in total disarray…and no ones’ life or property would be safe on this earth!

So can their be such an error in the handiwork of Allah? Absolutely no.

The only thing that the jinn’s can do to the humans is that they can whispers into the hearts of mankind.

Allah Says in the Quran:
(Say: I seek refuge in Allah ) from the mischief of the whisperer (of evil) who withdraws (after his whisper) (The same) who whispers into the hearts of mankind Among Jinns, and among men. QURAN[114: 4-6]

Thus not only is the guidance of the Holy Quran against the very concept of a jinn possessing a human being, but even logically it is absolutely impossible for a jinn to possess a human being and make him do his will!

So who ever claim that jins can possess or claims that he can eliminate jin from human body is a lair. And Allah alone knows the best.

What happen during MEHRAJ & do we have to offer any special prayer on the its night?

Answer:

Allah says in the quran:
Glory to ((Allah)) Who did take His servant for a Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless,- in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth (all things). QURAN[17:1]

The detailed events that happened on the night of Al-israa wal-mairaaj(mehraj) is recorded in this narration:

Narrated Abbas bin Malik: Malik bin Sasaa said that Allah's Apostle described to them his Night Journey saying, "While I was lying in Al-Hatim or Al-Hijr, suddenly someone came to me and cut my body open from here to here." I asked Al-Jarud who was by my side, "What does he mean?" He said, "It means from his throat to his pubic area," or said, "From the top of the chest." The Prophet further said, "He then took out my heart. Then a gold tray of Belief was brought to me and my heart was washed and was filled (with Belief) and then returned to its original place. Then a white animal which was smaller than a mule and bigger than a donkey was brought to me." (On this Al-Jarud asked, "Was it the Buraq, O Abu Hamza?" I (i.e. Anas) replied in the affirmative). The Prophet said, "The animal's step (was so wide that it) reached the farthest point within the reach of the animal's sight. I was carried on it, and Gabriel set out with me till we reached the nearest heaven.

When he asked for the gate to be opened, it was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel answered, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has Muhammad been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened, and when I went over the first heaven, I saw Adam there. Gabriel said (to me). 'This is your father, Adam; pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious son and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me till we reached the second heaven. Gabriel asked for the gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel answered, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel answered in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened.

When I went over the second heaven, there I saw Yahya (i.e. John) and 'Isa (i.e. Jesus) who were cousins of each other. Gabriel said (to me), 'These are John and Jesus; pay them your greetings.' So I greeted them and both of them returned my greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the third heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed, what an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened, and when I went over the third heaven there I saw Joseph. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is Joseph; pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the fourth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed, what an excel lent visit his is!'

The gate was opened, and when I went over the fourth heaven, there I saw Idris. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is Idris; pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the fifth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked. 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said He is welcomed, what an excellent visit his is! So when I went over the fifth heaven, there I saw Harun (i.e. Aaron), Gabriel said, (to me). This is Aaron; pay him your greetings.' I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the sixth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked. 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. It was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!'

When I went (over the sixth heaven), there I saw Moses. Gabriel said (to me),' This is Moses; pay him your greeting. So I greeted him and he returned the greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' When I left him (i.e. Moses) he wept. Someone asked him, 'What makes you weep?' Moses said, 'I weep because after me there has been sent (as Prophet) a young man whose followers will enter Paradise in greater numbers than my followers.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the seventh heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked,' Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!'

So when I went (over the seventh heaven), there I saw Abraham. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is your father; pay your greetings to him.' So I greeted him and he returned the greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious son and pious Prophet.' Then I was made to ascend to Sidrat-ul-Muntaha (i.e. the Lote Tree of the utmost boundary) Behold! Its fruits were like the jars of Hajr (i.e. a place near Medina) and its leaves were as big as the ears of elephants. Gabriel said, 'This is the Lote Tree of the utmost boundary) . Behold ! There ran four rivers, two were hidden and two were visible, I asked, 'What are these two kinds of rivers, O Gabriel?' He replied,' As for the hidden rivers, they are two rivers in Paradise and the visible rivers are the Nile and the Euphrates.'

Then Al-Bait-ul-Ma'mur (i.e. the Sacred House) was shown to me and a container full of wine and another full of milk and a third full of honey were brought to me. I took the milk. Gabriel remarked, 'This is the Islamic religion which you and your followers are following.' Then the prayers were enjoined on me: They were fifty prayers a day. When I returned, I passed by Moses who asked (me), 'What have you been ordered to do?' I replied, 'I have been ordered to offer fifty prayers a day.' Moses said, 'Your followers cannot bear fifty prayers a day, and by Allah, I have tested people before you, and I have tried my level best with Bani Israel (in vain). Go back to your Lord and ask for reduction to lessen your followers' burden.' So I went back, and Allah reduced ten prayers for me. Then again I came to Moses, but he repeated the same as he had said before. Then again I went back to Allah and He reduced ten more prayers. When I came back to Moses he said the same, I went back to Allah and He ordered me to observe ten prayers a day. When I came back to Moses, he repeated the same advice, so I went back to Allah and was ordered to observe five prayers a day.

When I came back to Moses, he said, 'What have you been ordered?' I replied, 'I have been ordered to observe five prayers a day.' He said, 'Your followers cannot bear five prayers a day, and no doubt, I have got an experience of the people before you, and I have tried my level best with Bani Israel, so go back to your Lord and ask for reduction to lessen your follower's burden.' I said, 'I have requested so much of my Lord that I feel ashamed, but I am satisfied now and surrender to Allah's Order.' When I left, I heard a voice saying, 'I have passed My Order and have lessened the burden of My Worshipers." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI [Volume 5, Book 58, Number 227]

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah (b. Umar) that when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) was taken for the Night journey, he was taken to Sidrat-ul-Muntaha, which is situated on the sixth heaven, where terminates everything that ascends from the earth and is held there, and where terminates every- thing that descends from above it and is held there. (It is with reference to this that) Allah said:" When that which covers covered the lote-tree" (al-Qur'an, Iiii. 16). He (the narrator) said: (It was) gold moths. He (the narrator further) said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) was given three (things): he was given five prayers, he was given the concluding verses of Sura al-Baqara, and remission of serious Sins for those among his Ummah who associate not anything with Allah. SAHIH AL-MUSLIM[Book 1 : Hadith 329]

There is absolutely no evidence in the authentic sunnah whereby the prophet Mohammad (pbuh) or his companions or his family ever celebrated or offered any special prayers on this night. Nor did he (pbuh) ever command the believers to do anything special on this night.

So if any one offers any type of special prayer on that night, then with out any doubt that is an innovation (bida) & every innovation is an error.

Narrated by Irbad ibn Sariyah '…I enjoin you to fear Allah, and to hear and obey even if it be an Abyssinian slave, for those of you who live after me will see great disagreement. You must then follow my Sunnah and that of the Rightly-GuidedKhalifahs. Hold to it and stick fast to it. Avoid novelties, for every novelty is a 'bidah' (innovation), and every 'bidah' is an error.' Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4590
And Allah alone knows the best.
